First ECG shows complete AV block and prolonged QT intervals. The second one shows early-coupled PVCs inducing a run of polymorphic VT (Torsade de pointes). Other parts of the holter showed long runs of sustained polymorphic ending with long periods of asystole.

The long QT and ventricular arrhythmias were considered secondary to the heart block.

A single chamber pacemaker was implanted and he has been doing well and free of symptoms during the last several years.
